Off-budget publishing department was established in March 2003.

The main tasks of the department:

1. To make the plan of edition of legal, reference and other literature at the cost of extra budgetary resources;
2. Implementation of the editorial and publishing activities to provide appropriate publications for the educational process at the Academy;
3. To meet consumer demand and market conditions for the information materials.

Publishing department provides the full range of prepress process – editing of manuscripts, layout, reading of updates, making of artwork.

The bookshop of the Academy provides the consumer with educational publications on social, humanitarian, professional and special disciplines, as well as with legal, academic, scientific and popular literature, souvenirs, CD-disks and diskettes.

Literature at the Academy can be purchased for cash and non-cash payment.
