The chair of economic law was created in 2001 as a result of the re-organisation of the chair of civil law subjects according to the order of the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Belarus of the 28th of May 2001 No 95. On the 6th of May 2009 the chair of economic law subjects was re-named into the chair of economic security.

  16. Current problems in economic theory ((post)graduate);
  17. Forensic accounting;
  18. Forensic accounting (including accounting and auditing);
  19. Theory and practice of management;

Main areas of scientific research:

  1. Problems of transitional economy and perfection of legislation in the sphere of economic relations as a condition for crime prevention;
  2. Perfection of legislation as a factor of stabilization of economy in the conditions of the world financial crisis;
  3. Perfection of methodology of teaching subjects of the chair in the framework of training of cadets for the qualification “Economic law”.

The main results of scientific research, scientific and methodical work of the staff of the chair are reflected in scientific and methodical publications. In the period between 2001 and 2011 the staff of the chair wrote and published more than 600 different scientific and educational papers.
